Live Collaboration

The Admin Editor supports real-time collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on the same flow simultaneously.

How It Works

When you open a flow, you automatically join a collaboration session powered by Yjs.

All changes — node additions, moves, deletions, edge changes, and configuration updates — are synced to all connected users in real-time.

Active Users

The header shows avatars of all users currently viewing or editing the flow. Each user has a colored indicator showing their online status.

If more than three users are active, a +N badge shows the overflow. Click it to see the full list of active collaborators with their usernames and roles.

Collaborator Cursors

Each collaborator's mouse cursor is visible on the canvas with their color and username label. This lets you see exactly where others are working.

Selection Boxes

When a collaborator selects a node, a colored highlight appears around it so you can see what they're working on.

Permissions

Viewers see the flow in real-time but cannot make changes. A "View Only" badge appears in the header if you have viewer access.

Sharing

Click the Share button in the header to:

• See who currently has access

Only for owners and admins:

• Invite users by email or username
• Set their permission level (Owner, Editor, Viewer)
• Remove collaborators
